CANCELLATION POLICY

I am very understanding when it comes to having things happen and things being all of a sudden. However, something happening unexpectedly should give you three hours to let me know. All I ask is that you communicate with me and we will work it out to the best of our ability. However , cancellation within 3hrs will be 30% of your service charged on the card on file and no call no show will be 50% of your service. <3 PAYMENTS POLICY : You may pay the $15 deposit online or the full service price. However , Afterpay , Klarna , Affirm is also available through their own terms 💗 If you pay the $15 deposit ONLY , when you visit me you may pay in CASH , APPLE PAY . CASH APP 💗 GUEST : NO GUESTS !! LATE POLICY : If you are not here 5 minutes into your appointment , I will send you a text make sure that we are still on for your appointment . After 10 minutes , there will be a $10 late fee ! After 20 minutes has passed and you’re still not here , your appointment will be cancelled. Also your card on file will be charged 50% of your service FOR LASH EXTENSIONS : make sure naturals are clean from all cluster glue , strip glue , mascara ! I do always clean the lashes for prep but those leave extra time on our hands , so a fee of $10 will applied 💗
